External Presenters

External presenters, who are 501c3 non-profit organizations, may request ticketing services for their events held in Princeton University facilities. Prior to requesting ticketing services, you must have confirmation of the use of the facility from Conference and Event Services, Richardson Auditorium, or the University Chapel.

For events at Richardson Auditorium, presenters may choose from 4 different price categories. Please see below for the ticket zone options in Richardson Auditorium. External presenters will need to select the price category on the form when requesting services. Each zone can have multiple buyer types (e.g., general public, senior citizen, student, etc.).
 
Price zone options: 
 

1. One zone   - entire hall
2. Two zones – lower level, upper level
3. Three zones – orchestra, parterre, balcony
4. Four zones – orchestra, parterre, center balcony, side balcony
