How can I contact a University Ticketing representative?

University Ticketing can be reached by phone at (609) 258-9220. We will be happy to answer your questions.


What are the hours of the box offices?

The Frist and Roth ticket offices will be closed for the summer and will reopen in September. The Athletic ticket office will remain open for the summer.
 
Frist Campus Center central ticket office:

Open Monday – Friday, 12pm to 5pm and one hour prior to ticketed events at the First Campus Center (during the academic year).

Roth Ticket Office at the Lewis Arts complex:

Open Monday - Friday, 4:30pm - 8:30pm (during the academic year).

Lewis Arts complex Forum ticket office:

Open 45 minutes prior to ticketed events in the Lewis Arts complex.

Richardson Auditorium:

Open one hour prior to ticketed events at Richardson Auditorium.

The Athletic Ticketing Office at Jadwin Gymnasium:

Open Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm and Fridays from 9am-2pm.  The Athletic Ticket Office is also open one hour prior to the event at the venue.

Theatre Intime Ticket Office:

Open one half hour prior to the performances at the Hamilton Murray Theatre.

Matthews Acting Studio Ticket Office:

Open one half hour prior to the performances at the Matthews Acting Studio
at 185 Nassau Street.


Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.


What should I do if I never received my tickets in the mail?

Please contact us at (609) 258-9220 and we will assist you.


What should I do if I lost my tickets?

Please contact us at (609) 258-9220 and we will assist you.


Are children allowed at events?

Children are welcome at events. Some events may not be appropriate for all ages.
For Athletic events, children under 2 years old do not require tickets.
For all other events everyone must have a ticket.


Can I take pictures at events?

Photography is permitted at Athletic events only.
 

Is audio recording allowed?

Audio recording is not permitted at events.
 

Are you open over the summer?

The Athletic Ticketing Office remains open during the summer.
The University Ticketing Office is closed from mid-June through August.
