Digital First Ticketing
Princeton Athletics is transitioning to a digital-first ticketing approach. When you choose the "email" delivery option, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tickets in a printable PDF format and the option to add them directly to your Apple Wallet. Fans can have their tickets scanned from either the PDF or their digital wallet. Princeton Athletics strongly encourages all fans to use the convenient digital ticketing option.
How to Access your tickets
- You will receive an email from donotreply@ticket.princeton.edu containing a PDF attachment with your ticket(s).
- Alternatively, you can click the "Add to Apple Wallet" button within the email to add the tickets directly to your Apple Wallet.
- Your digitial ticket(s) are also accessible through your online account - simply log in, navigate to "Events and Tickets," and add the tickets to your wallet from there.
Digital Wallet App
- To access your event ticket(s), add them to your digitial wallet. This can be done by clicking the "Add to Apple Wallet" button next to your ticket in the email or in the "events and tickets" tab of your account. Each Ticket must be added individually.
- Apple customers can use the preloaded Apple Wallet app, while Andriod users have options like WalletPasses, Pass2U Wallet, or PassWallet.
Transfer tickets
- In your online account, click the "Order History" option on the left side to view all your previous orders.
- Next, select the "Forward Tickets" option on the left. Choose the ticket(s) you wish to forward, then enter the email address you want to send them to.
- Alternatively, you can forward the tickets directly from your digital Wallet.
Game Day
- For a smooth entry, we suggest adding your ticket to your digital wallet before reaching the venue
- Your digital ticket works without needing Wi-Fi or cellular service.
